Cocktail Meatballs

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 packets onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 15 ounces black currant jelly
- 15 ounces ketchup

- In a large bowl, add egg, ground beef, and soup mix packets and mix by hand until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1 inch meatballs and arrange on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Bake meatballs at 350°F for ~20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- When meatballs are nearly done, add jelly and ketchup to a slow cooker on its low setting, stirring until the jelly incorporates.
- Add meatballs to slow cooker with the sauce, then cover and set to high for two hours.
